Aperol Spritz (serves 2)

Ingredients

Ice

Orange

Aperol

Prosecco

Soda

Take 2 large wine glasses and fill generously with ice and slices of orange.

Fill the glasses a third full with the Aperol

Fill with Prosecco for the next third

Top up with soda water

Enjoy in the spring sunshine after a day in the garden.
