Lemon and Basil Gin and Tonic

Modern twist on the Classic GnT.

Fill your glass full of ice.

Squeeze juice from half a lemon and strain into your glass.

Pick 4 basil leaves and add to the glass.

Add 50ml measure of Gin (I like to use Batch Industrial strength)

Pour in your tonic water.

Garnish with some curls of lemon rind.

Don’t blame Copa Fizz if you go back for more.
